Our shop units are located within the vibrant bustling retail sector of Bispham Village, local occupants include Tesco Express, Co-op Pharmacy, Sayers, Pizza Hut and Coral Racing together with a number of locally owned retailers including the Post Office and these trade very effectively alongside the larger branded retailers.
The retail units are self contained open plan, with WC facilities. A number of use classes are currently in operation including A1,A2 & A3.

Bispham Village is readily accessible being approached by the M55 from the east which links with the M6 motorway just north of Preston providing access to the wider motorway network.
We offer competitive prices and flexible terms and long or short term lets. There is also free parking at numerous locations within the Village.
Most of the retail occupants have resided in the Village for over 30 years, the village offers an excellent mix of local and national retailers and there is good all year round trade with high footfall.
